As hosts, siblings Carie and Ross will analyze this phenomenon by breaking down a favorite movie or television show and how the sights, sounds, and messages of media have followed our generation throughout our lives. We're kicking off Brat Pack month with the film that is said to have sparked the genre, The Outsiders (1983). The siblings re-examine one of the most central young adult dramas of their school years. Carie experiences the film with a completely different set of eyes, Ross makes a good point regarding the characteristics of the writing, and there will be far too much talk about Gone with the Wind for cinematography reasons.
